I am working with a group who are in the initial stages of a capital
campaign to build an observatory.  They are now looking for a consultant or
a firm to conduct a feasibility study.

The building will serve mostly as a research facility for high school
students and undergraduates but will have a public component for school
groups and special events on weekends.

Can anyone recommend a firm or an individual?
