My name is Charles A. Barreras, Jr.

I am currently employed on a part-time basis as an
interpretive tour guide at the Boyhood Home of President
Woodrow Wilson. I also have some experience at a local
museum of history, as well has ample experience as a
tour guide for the historic district of the city in
which I live.

I am currently finishing the last two courses of a
Master's degree in Humanities, with specialization in
History. This degree should be completed by the end of
Spring semester, next year.

I have extensive computer skills in MS Word, Front Page
web design, and several photo-manipulation software packages,
most notably, Paint Shop Pro.

I am seeking a position in a museum of history, in the
curatorial field or artifact preservation. I also would be
highly interested in managing an historic site museum. The
position I seek could involve interaction with the public,
interpretation of a historic site, or of artifact research,
accession, display, and preservation.
