Hi list,

Does anyone have suggestions for packing sticky objects? We're loaning about a dozen pieces of folk art, painted with thick oils, that after 20 years are still tacky to the touch. Tissue sticks to them, bubble wrap leaves marks, and we're pretty sure that the transport won't be made in a climate-controlled vehicle. The humidity in Louisiana this time of year is awful, so the painted items will probably be stickier than usual.

Thanks!

There is a great deal of very good information about marking object in The
New Registration Methods, as well as in two additional Registrars Committee
publications (Beyond Nail Polish I and II). Check the RC-AAM website
(www.rcaam.org) for more information (go to Benefits and then Publications).
