No, but in my opinion there should have been.  I believe there has been some
embarrassment that the decision to destroy was too hasty, and I have a feeling
that it will be questioned eventually.  The "study" was of highly
questionable merit, of course, but that doesn't mean that the evidence shouldn't have
been preserved.

I agree with those who say that when pictorial evidence would suggest
criminal activity, there's even more reason to preserve it, at least until all the
issues are studied thoroughly.
