At one point we were using glow in the dark tape to identify safe
areas backstage for theater productions.  It was sold by the role at
our local hardware store.  I have also seen bicyclists around town use
it on their clothing.  IT looks like masking tape in daylight, so I
don't know how attractive it would be, but it might be an option.
