Dear Colleagues,
My museum is considering making a switch from a paper visitor comment
book (located in the lobby) to a computer-based one (also to be located
in the lobby).
I have three questions:
1. Do any of your institutions use a computer-based visitor comment book?
2. If so, what software/hardware do you use?
3. Has it been successful? What are the pros and cons? Did you see a
change in the number of responses?
Thanks!
Beth
