I have also heard good things about Orvus- although you might be able to find it cheaper through an agricultural supply store- such as Tractor Supply Company, or Rural King, that sort of place. Since Orvus is also used as a cleaning soap for livestock it is fairly inexpensive, and can be purchased in big containers for much less than a catalog order (and it gets in house quicker, which is always handy.) 

You can also spend a bit of time wandering the aisles of the store- great fun (in my humble opinion.) Horse tack, farm tools, barbed wire, feed, all kinds of great stuff.
