When I was at the 2003 National Trust for Historic Preservation Conference, I saw an interesting book, but I no
longer have the title. The bound "notebook" explained how to organize people to work together to preserve a building. It dealt with fundraising issues, assigning tasks, assembling materials, consulting with experts, just to name a few.
Are you familiar with this booklet and where I can purchase a copy? (As I recall, it had a white cover; primarily used the colors black, white and orange; and combined cartoons and photographs.)

I am on a preservation committee in Boston which is compiling information for religious institutions about preserving buildings. This booklet would be very helpful for them.

I have already contacted the National Trust and Tattered Cover (the local bookstore organizing the sale). I know I didn't imagine this publication, so any suggestions are welcome. When I find out the name of it, I'll publicize it to the list! It was a fabulous book!

Thanks for the info,
