We have a 1950s bus used to transport workers to work locations on the
Hanford Site. We would like to transform it to a mobile exhibit for local
fairs but the insurance is a big problem. The insurance companies we have
checked with would only allow it to be insured for its original intent,
even though we would remove the seats. The best price on this type of
schedule has been $1500/year which is out of our range. Has anyone else
done this and found a more realistic insurance company?
