My apologies if this is not of very wide interest (and a plea to PLEASE put
your e-mail address at the end of your posting so that responses do not HAVE
to go to the entire list).

As you know, FMPro is a relational database, so that you don't actually have
to reconstruct your entire collections database to record information about
individual objects' exhibition history. An exhibitions database can be as
simple as "exhibit title", "location(s)", "dates" and a comments or notes
field. Then just link it to your main database through the catalogue
number field and you're done.

Just one more of the joys of Filemaker Pro!

Subject: Exhibit Info Archive

I am creating a databse in Filemaker Pro for archiving information from
exhibits (both
in-house and traveling), for future reference. Does anyone have such a
database,
and could you give me any advice on what fields are helpful to include, etc.
