I appreciate the vote of confidence in my geekdom ..

Others (including you Indygal) .. have already contributed suggestions and
encyclopedic overview of worms and trojans and virii .. than I in my limited
capacity could possibly match ;)

However I reiterate and expand .. (1) keep your virus protection software up to date
(2) actually run the scans regularly (aint doin' no good if you don't use them) (3)
never ever open attachments unless you're dang certain it's not infected .. (and
even then I never open them) .. (4) try to avoid Microsoft products wherever
possible .. (sorry folks, fact of life, Bill's products are the hackers paradise)
