I am under the impression that there is a specfic company that can cover
several different movie/distribution companies. We contacted Swank for a
"MLC"-Movie Licensing Certificate covering each facility that may show a variety of
movies for programs. We pay a yearly fee to keep up the license. However, I am
not currently at work and will look up Swank and the company when I return.
We used to pay Swank for each movie as well, for several years. Then realized
it was easier and cheaper to purchase the license in advance.
