Now that is what I would call a bad parenting decision. However, in all
fairness, it sounds like the child got soiled and the parent was unprepared,
therefore having him wear his 5 year old siblings t-shirt. An ³everyone must
wear pants² posting would be ridiculous. You can however have a sign that
says ³Proper Attire is a must.²
