That is pretty funny!  In general, I've steered clear of this discussion
because I just left a Federal job at the National Park Service where this
was the subject of daily conversation.  Fortunately, my job was considered
"inherently" Federal because I managed Federal grants.  Still... I knew many
fine people whose positions were being called into question.
