The Autry is pretty awesome.  My granddaughter and I
visited there in June, and she still talks about it.

But Kirstin's post reminded me of another important
icon "gift" of the 50s:  lunch boxes!  You weren't
cool if you didn't have a neat one with one of the tv
or movie characters, and you had to have one of those
amazing devices inside yours--a thermos!
