I would contact Jane Hetrick, Visitor Experience Coordinator, at Conner Prairie. She has been involved with extensive visitor surveys on a wide range of topics in both formative and summative evaluations. These have proven invaluable in assessing museum performance, and gaining insight into visitor needs and interests.
