does anyone have a sample script or boilerplate for a PSA? I know many radio and tv stations who accept PSA submissions want actual tape (information on which i'd welcome as well) and some want a script, but how much does this differ from a regular press release to say the newspaper's calendar section?

AM. Not all, of course, but it is not a terribly effective method of
advertising. However, worth a shot as an extra element to an advertising
campaign.
