Our photo policy seems to be a work in progress.
But I will remind you to make sure you include a written use policy that
clearly defines what the fee you charged actually applies to. It's usually
standard practice to charge a separate use fee apart from the proof of the
print itself.
Most use policies I have seen state quite clearly that just purchasing an
image from you does not grant any rights to publish, etc., that image in any
form.
