'taint that easy. You might read Beverly Serrell's book "Exhibit Labels"
Chapter 4 "Who is the Audience (And What do They Want?) for details.

My (and Beverly's) short answer is "Anyone over the age of 7" with the
caveat: if you do your label writing job correctly.
