Hi all,

I'm now working part-time at a historic house and LOVING it. (Pays diddle but
I'm having fun playing).

In the foyer, the walls are covered with the generic scenes from Colonial
Williamsburg wallpaper that has started to rip in places. We're wondering what
is the best way to repair this. The wallpaper is fairly modern - like from the
50s I think but it's paper, not the funky vinyl covered paper that it around
now.

Can we just use regular wallpaper paste and smooth it back together? Or is
there a better way to do this that won't involve massive amounts of time or
money. (We're a small staff and underfunded to boot. What else is new in the
historic house world?)
