Mickel,

If you have access to a band saw or jig saw, that is the way to go. I'm not sure what thickness your dealing with, but an electric carving knife can some times work wonders with the 2" ethafoam.(Be very careful, it can cut you just as easily!) A hand held crosscut saw also will work
to get a 48"x108" sheet into manageable portions. Another way to shape is to wrap some Duct Tape around the end of a hacksaw blade to act as a handle. This way will give you some pretty clean cuts. Hope this helps.
