Dawn,

I represent a (very) small "friends" group. We
(the Garnet Preservation Association) assist the
Bureau of Land Management to manage historic Garnet
Ghost Town in western Montana. I didn't see your email

posted, but you are welcome to get in touch with me if

I can be of any help. I am also interested in reaching

out to similar organizations and putting our heads
together. There is also an entire organization
dedicated to this public/private partnership that we
are thinking of joining: the APPL (Association of
Partners for Public Lands) that can be found at
www.appl.org.
