I'm not sure it was a good idea to include the whole of the previous email, complete with a large number of guaranteed genuine email addresses, though.

I've occasionally wondered if that wasn't the cunning plan behind these hoaxes: everyone forwards the whole damn thing on, complete with the contents of all the preceding address books, and eventually a copy arrives in the inbox of the originator, filled with hundreds of real email addresses, which can then be sold to evil spammers!
