We have a small firefighters display in our hands-on room right now, and the
reproduction clothing is a big hit.  I had volunteers sew some coats and
pants out of heavy fabric, complete with metal clasps and reflective tape
(there are a few companies that sell outfits as well).  Some of the crafts
we have done are: making badges, creating hats, and writing thank you cards
to local fire departments.
