Hillwood Museum & Gardens is seeking an experienced and dynamic
individual with superior interpersonal skills for the position
Information Technology Manager to oversee the institution's information
technology.

Critical experience for this position includes Novell, Windows NT,
Microsoft Office and broad range familiarity in database applications,
web-based applications and PC and network environments.

Primary responsibilities are administrating Novell Network (providing
user support for 90 users); monitoring, evaluating and troubleshooting
systems hardware and software; providing strategic direction for
museum's functional and interpretative technology projects; functioning
as a web administrator; and coordinating with third party vendors and
contractors for technology needs.

Qualifications include at least a Bachelor's Degree in computer science
or extensive related field experience; current certification for Novell
and Windows NT networks; experience supporting Novell, Windows NT,
Microsoft Office and a broad range experience in database applications
and PC and network environments; familiarity with web-based and
multimedia technologies; excellent logic, analytical and problem
resolution skills, and excellent oral communication skills. Individual
must have the sensitivity to be able to work with professionals of
varying computer skills.
