Hello everyone,
Hope you are having a fabulous Friday. I'm looking for some off-list
PastPerfect advice. I work at a university museum, whose main staff
during the academic year are work-study students. I've recently
discovered that over the years, they have entered differet objects from the
same collection under several different names in the "Collection" field
(slightly different spellings, first and last names, last name only, spacing
differences, case differences, etc.). Some of the collections are rather
large (at least 75 items). Can someone tell me if there is a way to
change the designation in the "Collection" field for an entire collection
instead of one item at a time. And if there is, how? I've been reading
through the PastPerfect book, but can't find any info about this. Please
help.
Thanks,
Keni Sturgeon
