You might try the two publications of DEMHIST, ICOM's International
Committee for Historic House Museums (Genova 2000 currently available;
Barcelona 2001 available in the next few months). Contact the DEMHIST
secretariat [i.e., me, :-)] at:
[log in to unmask]

ICOM's publication, Museum International (I believe the title is) also
published an issue on historic house museums in the last year or so. I think
the issue number was 210.
