Kelley,

The most recent issue of "Exhibitionist," the journal of N.A.M.E. may offer
you some answers. This issue reports on the findings of a recent survey
conducted among the NAME membership regarding the formalization (or lack
therof) exhibit development practices at various museums. In the issue, they
have published some interesting exhibit process flow charts in use at
various museums around the country. This may be particularly useful to your
for this question ,since your focus seems to be on project managing the
design process. I think the info in th emagazine may be less useful if
you're trying to project-manage a construction process. Good luck. Feel free
to contact me directly if you want to discuss this in detail.
