Pardon my ignorance, but what does a patron tracking database do?  Does it
record the number of tickets sold each day, or number of times the turnstile
turned?  Does it take names and addresses out of the guest book?  Does it record
comments?  Does it let you know how many people came as part of a group tour?
Or am I on completely the wrong track?
