Greetings from the Museum!
We got this great old HP server case with a bunch of hot swap bays someone
had stuffed a GA-586dx dual CPU processor board into. Have it running with
it's string of 1 gig SCSI hard drives (anyone have some extra 3 gig or
larger units they don't need any more)? with one processor I found and
stuffed in. In order to use the dual processor capability I need a second
processor.

LINUX which will be the operating system that our library automation will
run under accepts the 2 processor configuration! ( neat huh?)

Let me know if you have an extra processor, a pair of faster ones, a better
machine or motherboard etcetc we are really scrounging this month!

Please check our web site at
 http://www.smecc.org
to see other engineering fields, communications and computation stuff we
buy, and by all means when in Arizona drop in and see us.

glendale az 85301

thanks Ed Sharpe archivist for SMECC
