I agree with David that there should be a little more care in writing
e-mails -  on list communication and inter-office mail . Yes, it is an
informal communication, however, I think people judge the writer and his
advice by the way it is presented.  If you take the time to answer or
present a comment, take the time to run the mail through "spell check" or
at least read it over again to make sure that you have presented your
idea well.

Darn, I'm getting to sound like my Father.  Happy Father's Day too.
