Hello list members:

Can anyone point us to an effective, inexpensive method of posting and
maintaining gallery locations within online collection information? LACMA
would like to add this feature to our collections web interface. We are
looking for a text-based solution (connecting to maps will have to come
later, after our new building is completed) We would like to learn from you
about:

        1. good processes for gathering and maintaining data in a timely
fashion....
        2. recommendations about where and how to display location
information...
        3. thoughts about use of disclaimer text or contacting staff for
more info.

Thanks in advance for all words of wisdom!

Ted at LACMA
