Hi there,

I am new to this list. Firstly let me introduce myself. My name is Clarence
Y K Ngui, 24, living and working in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. I have always
been interested in history and working in the museum remains one of my dream
careers. However, in Malaysia, it may not be one of the rather lucrative
jobs and opportunity is simply not there, at least for now.

Yet, this has not stop me from dreaming!

I graduated with an honours degree in economics from the National University
of Malaysia two years ago, and I also have a diploma in Buddhist Studies
from the International BUddhist University of Thailand. Since graduating
from uni, I work as a business writer for Malaysian Business, Malaysia's
premier business magazines. I have work on many issues - from banking to
corporate, but I also managed to write a few socio-history- economics
stories such as the Chinese Clans in South East Asia and Heritage
Conservation and BUsiness.

I was wondering are the options out there for me, for jobs such as museum
curators and the likes in Malaysia or Singapore!  It would be nice to have
some feedback from listmembers. And also, are there any members from Kuala
Lumpur or Malaysia?
