Susan, you may get some well thought out answers here;
however, my personal experience has been that you get
the best kinds of answers to legal questions of a
generic nature such as this on the
http://www.charitychannel.com CharityLaw list. Some
very bright and generous with responses nonprofit
attorneys and tax folks are on that list.
