Well it looks like everyone has covered this topic. I will make a few other mentions though. The
one issue we ran into with our recent burning project was that if someone has a brand new iMac
with the slot loader, those computers wont accept any CD that is not the standard size (or the
standard sized 3" CD). I dont imagine you will be burning star shaped cd's, but its something to
be aware of.

As someone mentioned, JPG's are your best bet. I do know that they are "lossy" images. After you
compress them, you can't go back. (Anyone will see this if you make a JPG and try to stretch it
to the original size again.) However, it doesn't mean that it loses image quality. It just means
if anyone decides to stretch the image they wont get a good image. Therefore, make sure you save
it at a large enough size that the only way people are going to deal with it is by reducing.
Keeping the large orignal JPG on a CD and only messing around with a copy on the hard drive is
your best bet. That way you can ALWAYS go back to the orignal.

Macs love PDF's by the way. The Mac deals with just about everything a PC can and then some. The
PC doesn't like to share, but a Mac does. I would love to hear about the issues the responder had
about reformatting their slides. They shouldn't have to do that.

Good luck and let me know if you need any other insight.
