That's a great idea.  I saw a good fundraiser by a
dog-rescue society on Animal Planet where they have
the dogs paint.  They put them in a room with plastic
on the floor and pour water based paints close to a
piece of paper.  Then the dog walks back and forth
across it "painting".  Once it's dried, the woman
takes a photo and puts it online for sale.  Monies
raised are used to pay for more pet rescue.

You could probably do the same thing with poultry.
Ducks, geese, chickens would all make different marks.
 Could be a low-cost way of raising funds.  Website
space, digital camera, low-cost poster board (perhaps
donated by an office supply store, and water-based
paints.  The larger the volume of the latter, the more
you could probably mix your own and save money.
