Could you please clarify what this language
specifically means.  Who makes a determination as to
what is reasonable?  Seems to me that reasonable may
be clearly subjective and not necessarily in
compliance with the ADA if it is that broad.  I'd like
to know what criteria are used to determine something
as NOT being reasonable.
