Ashely:

those types of jobs usually go to Conservators, who are trained in artifact cleaning and repair techniques. If you are serious about pursuing this type of work, you might consider getting some conservation training.

Sincerely,

Hi. I am a Senior in college majoring in Anthropology and graduating in
May. I am wanting to get a job at a museum cleaning and refitting
artifacts, or doing something similar. I was wondering if anyone could help
me, because I'm not sure what kind of positions to look for to do this. Or
if anyone knows of any positions that will be coming open anywhere. Thank
you.

Kristin Ashley
