For those looking for jobs, whether in USA or UK, The University of
Leicester Museum Studies Department website has a Jobs Desk with approx 35-
45 new jobs each week. http://www.le.ac.uk/museumstudies/jobsp.htm.

I pick up these jobs from a number of sources; surfing the web, using
search engines, Indigo Nights' contributions and from advertisements sent
direct to me.

If you are a past student of the department, you can get these jobs sent to
you direct each week by replying to me at [log in to unmask]

Following Indigo Nights' advice, I have come back to the list to ask
whether anyone has any links or contacts which would help me to find museum
jobs for our past students in India. I am, of course, aware of the size of
India and the difficulty of identifying a job in a particular area, but any
start would be helpful.

The service we provide to past students and to advertisers is free.

Jim Roberts
