Here is a website with a couple of suppliers and many tips on custom
mounts. These can be made pretty easily and may be necessary for truly tiny
waists. My favorite mannequins are the Kyoto mannequins. The waists are
adjustable and they are made specififcally for historical silhouettes.
Homemade forms can also have the benefit of being hidden and very light
(they can be hung or put on a stand).
