We have (in-season) both no-show classes, and 15 buses arriving at the same time.  We also charge, and advise tour leaders to bring their groups in time to use the bathroom first, and to shop after the tour.  Our policy is that if the group shows up late, their tour is truncated to fit the time remaining in their slot unless there is no following tour, in which case they get the full experience.  It is not fair, IMHO, to short the following group just because the previous showed up late.
