Update: As long as the eyeballs still function, never
say never. After reading all the wonderful list
commentary on the book and researching it myself, I
bought a used copy yesterday and should have it within
a week or so. As soon as I finish reading my current
book (Nascar for Dummies by race car driver Mark
Martin), I will commence reading it and haven't
decided if I'll read it alone first and then with the
grandkids (4 and 5).
Course the book may be beyond my level. It's targeted
for 9-12 year olds, but I might be able to handle the
task because I did read most of my daughter's Judy
Blume and Paula Danzinger books. And reading to the
grandkids may have to wait because the grandboy (the
elder of the two) wants me to read the Bible I bought
him for Christmas to him.
I want to thank you all for this opportunity for
family enrichment!
