Okay, here's how they did it.
If you send the following command to [log in to unmask], it
will send you a full list of the membership.  I know, because I just
downloaded it.  The command is:
REV Museum-L Userid
What to do about it.
Casewerks.com is hosted by Earthlink.  You can get this information by
going to Swhois.net.  According to Earthlink's AUP, spam is not
allowed.  To write these ppl up, e-mail [log in to unmask]  They
request that you provide, if possible, the following information:
    * The IP address used to commit the alleged violation
    * The date and time of the alleged violation, including the time zone
or offset from GMT
    * Evidence of the alleged violation
To get the IP address, look for either a raw view or full headers view of
the e-mail.
