We use Past Perfect and while it can be a little clunky in some areas, I
find it a great (and realtively inexpensive) tool for collections work. They
also provide EXCELLENT customer service and tech support, and they update
the program constantly. It sounds like Past Perfect would meet all your
needs, as it has fields for all the areas you are interested in. I
especially like the photo management function.

Feel free to contact me if you'd like more information or have any other
questions.
