An economical solution to your sign needs is to print your text on paper,
laminate with clear pressure sensitive, then mount on self adhesive 3/16"
foam board
or gator board (sturdier and a little more expensive).  Attach to wall with
small
brads, 3/4" or 5/8", which will leave only tiny holes upon removal.  Using
double sided
tape or foam tape makes a big mess to clean up after removal of signs.
You should be able to purchase the laminate and foam board at an art supply or
office supply store.
