In response to museum/cafe admission... I do not work, nor ever have worked
in a museum with this situation. The only thing that I can think of is that
people who pay for regular admission get a different color sticker to wear
than those who enter free for the cafe. Maybe they can get a different color
sticker. That way security will know who has access to the exhibitions and
who doesn't. I don't know how large your museum is, but I imagine that for a
mid-sized museum, this might be a possibility. This is just a quick
brainstorm idea. I would be interested to find out your decision.
