I sent the exhibition notice to my disability advocacy
group. One of my listers, a very sagacious Tennesee
attorney (who used to be general counsel for the
state's mental health department) who minored in Art
and, in her spare time, teaches art concepts to
children, has provided the following feedback on
potential technology to use. This same kind woman has
been very gracious in providing accommodation feedback
to list members privately overtime.
The reproduction can be handled by computer scan of
the documents. Here's one link to the technology:
http://www.sensable.com/ (mouse creates "virtual
feel")
It is most advanced in the medical field with actual
not virtual items created

) , so she might chat with the radiology department at
her local hospital for tips on who can make the models
from the computer scan.
