Have you tried the Michigan State University Museum Traveling Exhibition Service?

Contact Michele Beltran at [log in to unmask]

We at the SMC Museum have used several of their exhibits - they are reasonable in price, excellent in quality & well received by our public.

My only caveats are: we usually try to add something from our collection which is relevant to what they have (as in, local quilts or local farm items) and we usually need to add hands-on educational components to make them more friendly to our largely school group audience.

If you have any specific questions on what worked for us or how we adapted things, please let me know!

Jill Dixon, Director
SMC Museum
