I agree with Tierney that curators would be the
people best suited to the task of setting up some
kind of observation post near the WTC where
people could
come to pay their respects.I'm sure there are
definitely curators and artists in NYC who would
be capable, or even the people who set up the
Holocast museum in Washington, DC or the ones in
Berlin, who would be sensitive to the situation
and the desire of people to see with their own
eyes. The only problem I see is who would pick
the curators? I'd hate to see Mayor Rudolph W.
Giuliani be given
that responsibility, but maybe he would be able
to choose good people for the job.
