I am looking for information from those institutions who may have
sizable photograph collections.  Do you have any written policy in place
regarding usage by employees, volunteers or board members.
Specifically, are the above groups treated differently from the general
public.  For example, if an employee or volunteer wanted to use
photographs from your collection for publication in a book they are
writing, do you charge them the same as you would the general public?

Any information or examples of such policy would be greatly appreciated.
